The security photo is available to cardholders for identification purposes and must be a recent photo of the cardholder.

*  For Security Purposes, cards must be picked up within two weeks of final confirmation date.  Two forms of identification are required to pick up your new card.  Personalized cards CANNOT be mailed to the customer, they must be picked up at either banking center.  This policy allows for added security aiding in preventing identity theft.  It can take up to 3 business days to receive final approval on the personalized card application.
